I use hand made ribbon floral for embellishments, and make outfits out of cream vintage silk or vintage white satins that I can make into beautiful pale colors... pinks, turquoise, teal, yellow or blues. The color of your choice as available. My profits are for feeding children and the very poor for a seven year outreach in Kenya, now to: Kenya, Russia, Mexico and Africa. Prices vary by doll size, but as an example would be a 8"teddy bear for $25.00 gown alone, or with hat 40.00 an 18" porcelain without hat 40.00 and with hat $ 55.00 You will receive a picture of your outfit at the time of shipping for your approval. Our Mom collected Teddy Bears and Dolls throughout the 1980's intending to open a store. However they never got to do that, so we have inherited 2,000+ vintage, collectible, precious teddy bears, 500+ collectible dolls (mostly Madame Alexander, mint in their original boxes), and 300 Beanie Babies. Plus over 200 various Teddy Bear related items, like postcards, shirt pins, Christmas decorations, etc. I want to get these bears and dolls into the hands of people who will really appreciate them. So I'm opening up a store to do that - Bears2Adopt. I'd love to have you look at it and give me feedback, and to see if there is anything you'd like to buy.
